An entrepreneur at her core, her hunger for success and to see others succeed, has caused her to develop programs and business workshops from entrepreneurship to leadership. Each endeavor led LaTonya closer to the one piece of her puzzle that she was missing — business mastery with a focus on customer relations.

Since 2013, LaTonya has helped administrative leaders, entrepreneurs and business professionals get through the obstacles of defining their message and then sharing it through digital media. She is also an Associate Professor at Mt. San Jacinto College, instructing Social Media Marketing, Advanced Social Media Marketing, Brand Building and Media Design. 

Her coaching sessions are intense and she works hand-in-hand with you to develop your business initiatives, and service creation goals. LaTonya also helps you to define the team personalities needed to consistently maintain and grow your customer-focused business.

LaTonya’s method of instruction is very engaging and grounded in social behavior, customer journey mapping, cultural anthropology, and message processing. She has been allotted platforms around the world, to include California, Ohio, Georgia, Texas, and internationally, Lagos, Nigeria.
